Amy Green has been a massage therapist since 1995 and an Acupuncturist since 2000. She graduated from the Maryland Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine, studying under the direction of Chinese professors/acupuncturist. She has continued her education by attending seminars on herbology, gynecology, and other related topics.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture appointments include a health screening and the appropriate application of needles. Other techniques which may be incorporated are flash fire cupping, moxabustion and infrared heat to aid in the healing process.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture:
Our licensed acupuncturist is also certified in providing facial rejuvenation acupuncture (sometimes heard of as “face lift acupuncture”). This consists of a series of 12 regular visits with 5-6 follow up appointments. The first appointment is 2 hours long with subsequent visits about 1 1⁄2 hours each. Appointments are 1-2x per week. After the course of the treatment, 5-6 follow up visits occur monthly. Instruction is also given in skin care maintenance (arnica is provided).
